My Writing Help is a professional editing service. It is not a writing service. Editors point out problems; writers write. If you’re looking for someone to write your paper for you, please look elsewhere. If you want someone to help you make your paper better, this is where you need to be. Thank you for considering My Writing Help, a writer’s resource. My Writing Help editing and proofreading services (“My Writing Help”) are provided by Graphoniac (“us” or “we”). By using our services at mywritinghelp.wordpress.com, (the “Site”), you (the “User”) signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service in any way, at any time, without notice. These Terms of Service will remain on this page with the date these terms were last revised at the top of the page. If you continue to use the Service, you signify that you accept the new Terms of Service. If you ever do not agree to the Terms of Service, do not use the Service. It is your responsibility to regularly check for changes to these Terms of Service.
The User
- This Service is limited to Users age 13 and older. Graphoniac and affiliated entities will not communicate with Users under 13 years of age.
- The User must provide a full name and a valid email address.
- The User must review and agree to our Privacy Policy.
- The User must provide accurate information when asked. The User reserves the right to omit optional information. All optional information will be marked as optional.
- The User must pay for any and all services before they are rendered.
- The User reserves the right to terminate any project or the business relationship at any time for any reason. Any payments made will not be refunded after termination. See the section on payments.
- The User takes full responsibility for the outcome of the submitted paper (“paper” or “project”). Because this editing service is operated as a consulting service, the User agrees to not hold Graphoniac or affiliated entities responsible for the final product.
- By using this service, the User signifies that the recipient of the User’s paper or project will allow the use of outside help. That is, if the school or teacher prohibits you to get help on your papers outside of the classroom, so do we.
The Site
- All copy (words, titles, phrases, articles, etc) on this Site is copyrighted material. We will credit all outside material to the appropriate sources. All uncredited material belongs to us. We take plagiarism seriously. It is theft. See the section on plagiarism.
- We strive for excellence and accuracy. If any information found on the Site or in Service is inaccurate, please notify us immediately. Include the inaccurate information, the location of the information, and the corrected information. We will review your correction and make any changes we deem necessary.
- Any links found on the site are the sole responsibility of the author of those sites. We choose the links in our blogroll carefully, with the express intent to edify the User. Because we cannot control the authors of those websites, we may not always endorse or agree with the content. We may allow WordPress to automatically generate links to increase traffic. We do not choose these links, and cannot take any responsibility for them.
- We reserve the right to refuse any Users or Users’ comments. While this is not a Christians-only service, we are Christians. And this is a private business in a free world and capitalist society where we can choose to discriminate based on our morals.
The Services
- This editing service is a consulting service. Users submit projects for our professional suggestions. If you disagree or disapprove of any suggestions, you are at liberty to ignore them or stop using our service.
- Proofreading is defined as one read-through noting typos and obvious grammatical errors. Formatting, style, diction, content, clarity, coherency, fact checking, consistency, line-by-line editing and other services are not included.
- Basic Editing is defined as two read-throughs noting typos, simple grammatical errors, overall clarity, diction and obvious consistency errors. Formatting, style, content, coherency, fact checking, line-by-line editing and other services are not included.
- Deep Editing is defined as three or more read-throughs noting typos, grammatical errors, clarity, diction, consistency errors, basic style, basic content, and basic coherency. Fact checking, line-by-line editing and other services not included.
- Tutoring is defined on per-client basis.

- We reserve the right to deny service to any User for any reason. If we have agreed to render a service, service will be rendered. Refunds will not be given.
- My Writing Help is an editing service. We will not write or rewrite papers for anyone. If you desire one-on-one coaching, please contact us to discuss the terms.
- The more time you give us before the assignment’s due, the better. Sometimes you may get away with contacting us an hour before, but you’re better off if you give us at least a day before the deadline. Unfortunately, we cannot provide constant 24-hour service yet.
- Plagiarism is defined as any use of copy or content without proper attribution. We consider plagiarism synonymous with theft. Any suspicion of plagiarism will terminate the business relationship, without refund.
- All content (text, graphics, pictures, logos, and other files) on this Site are property of Graphoniac unless otherwise noted. We will credit all outside material to the appropriate sources. All uncredited material belongs to us.
- No Site content may be modified, copied, distributed, reproduced, republished or sold without our prior written permission.
- Plagiarism within the content of submitted papers is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to report any suspicions of plagiarism to the appropriate authorities.
Language
- Users’ comments that contain profanity or other highly offensive material will not be published.
- Users’ comments with poor grammar will not be edited. Nor will they be corrected by a follow-up post.
- Any user that uses email to solicit, rant, belittle, or otherwise intentionally offend will be blocked from services and will not be given the dignity of a reply. If you cannot be polite or respectful, you will not go far in this world.
- We use Paypal to provide secure and easy payment options. Users must use Paypal to pay for services.
- All payments are final. Users should wait to pay until after service is promised.
- Rates may increase at any time without warning. We will not, however, ask you to pay the higher rate if we change it while we are working on your project.
