When you visit My Writing Help, we collect information provided by WordPress about which pages you view and which links you click. If you comment on a post, we require a name and an email address, but only the name and optional website address will be seen on the comment. When you comment, we can also see your IP address.
When you use our services, we collect information about your project. If the project is a paper for class, we ask for specific information regarding the project assignment and the class. All optional information is noted on the form. To see a copy of the form we use to gather information, please contact us.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We will never give or sell your information to a third party. Period.
We use required information to protect ourselves from fraudulent Users and to keep business records. We use optional information to give us a better understanding of how to help our customers.
Users Under the Age of 13
My Writing Help, Graphoniac and affiliated entities do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete all information as quickly as possible, and cease communication with that User. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
Users Between the Ages of 13 and 18
My Writing Help, Graphoniac and affiliated entities recommend that users between the ages of 13 and 18 ask their parents or guardians for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
Solicitation
We will never use our site or other means to harvest information for solicitation purposes. Any and all email lists or other communications are strictly opt-in. A User may opt-out of any or all communications at any time.
